James T. Doyle

James T. Doyle, 81, of Richwood died unexpectedly Friday 2003, at Heartland of Marysville.
He was retired from Ranco in Plain City and had worked at the former Army depot in Marion. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World ife member of Richwood VFW Post 870 and a past member of Joseph's Catholic Church in LaRue. He will be sadly missed by his fami ly and friends who knew him as an easygoing, well-liked and respected family man. He was a fixture at the Heritage Restaurant in Richwood vhere he enjoyed coffee time with friends.
He was born Dec. 8, 1921, in Marion to the late Joseph Francis and Frances Seaman Doyle and was predeceased by twin great-grandchild ren and two brothers, John Edward and Louis Dean Doyle. He married Ada Lea Pacifici on July 12,1942, in Pine Camp, N.Y., and she died May,1997.
He is survived by two daughters, Sharon (Herb) Stokes of Prospect Donna (Ralph) Moore of Richwood; five grandchildren, DessieCoder Dawana Laase, Darin Moore, Bradley Moore and Amy Jo Moore right great-grandchildren; and brothers and sisters, Beverly Smith of Long sland, N.Y., Bavara Hoffman of New Paris, Twila (Keith) Reed QfMira Loma, Calif., Mary (John) Spiegal of Moline, 111., Marion (Jewel Dean) Carter of Davenport, Iowa, Myron (Carol) Doyle of Neosha, Mo., and  Richard Doyle of Truman, Ark. fo
Private services will be held Wednesday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in Richwood. The Rev. Bryan Lauzau will officiate and burial will be at the Claibourne Cemetery with veteran graveside services conduct-ed by the Richwood VFW and American Legion posts. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
