MARION — Patricia Rosemary Price, age 78, of 3200 Smeltzer Road, Marion, died Wednesday, Nov. 17,2004, at 4:30 a.m. surrounded by her four beloved daughters at the home of her daughter Dolores in Brighton, Mich.
She was born Feb. 5,1926, in Waukegan, Ill., to the late Ruben J. and Rosemary (Corrigan) Laurent. On May 18,1946, she married John Levi Price and he died Nov. 15,2000, in their home in Marion. They were married 54 years. She is survived by four daughters, Linda Reinwald of Delaware, Beverly Price of Stowe, Vt., Dolores (Tom) Judd of Brighton, Mich., and Alice Price of Marion; five grandchildren, Lynette (Kelly) Stults of Delaware, Kyle Reinwald of Marion, Jon, Tom and Erika Judd of Brighton, Mich.; two greatgrandchildren; two brothers, Jerry Laurent of Round Lake, Ill., Paul (Alice) Laurent of Colorado Springs, Colo., and one sister, Ceil Laurent of Marion. One brother, David Laurent, is deceased. Mrs. Price was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in LaRue, past member of the volunteered for the Care Line in Marion. She was also a member of LaRue's first Young Mother's Club. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. today, Nov. 20,2004, at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue. Minister will be the Rev. Daniel Kiger, chaplain at Marion General Hospital. Burial in the Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in LaRue from 1 p.m. today until service time. Those who wish may make contributions to either the Angela Hospital, 14100 Newbury Road, Livonia, MI 48154 or the Quality of Life Hospice in care of Marion General Hospital.
