Maya Chreé Olivia Tackett, 27 days, died Wednesday, March 24, 2004, at
Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland.
She was born Feb. 27, 2004, in Canton and is survived by her mother,
Tiffany Tackett; a sister, MaKayla Tackett; grandparents, James and
Karen Wallace of Alliance; great-grandparents, Lois Crockett of Prospect
and Willis Crockett, Helen Tackett and C.J. and Ann Wallace of Marion;
two uncles, Randy Davenport II of Richwood and Michael LeMaster of
Alliance; two step-uncles, Chris Wallace of Reynoldsburg and James
Wallace II of Marion; a step-aunt, Michelle Morris of Albany, Ga.; five
great-aunts, Jane Burris and Liz (Jeff) Lowe of Prospect, Amy (Matt)
Wallace and Teri Wallace of Marion and Tina Lowe of Columbus; a
great-uncle, Ernie (Brenda) Wallace of Marion; Maya's and MaKayla's
special friend, Earl Biggar; and numerous cousins.
The Rev. Mike Reynolds will officiate at graveside services to be held
at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Prospect Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to
9 p.m. today at the Gehm-Ballinger Funeral Home in Prospect.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mercy Hospital NICU in Canton.
