Dustin Keith Welch, 20, of Marion, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Dec. 26,2006, at his home.
He had attended Marion City Schools and Tri-Rivers Career Center and its building maintenance program. He had worked as a bricklayer. He enjoyed riding his bike, skate boarding and riding his Heelys. He was born Dec. 24,1986, in Marion. Surviving are his mother, Angela M. (Roland) Glover of Marion; his father, Larry Keith Parker Jr. of Newark; grandparents, Terry and Faye Welch Sr., Larry and Patty Parker Sr. and Linda Alarcom, all of Marion; great-grandparents, LeRoy and Maxine Burk of Marion; sisters, Mollie Ann and Cheyeanne Faye Glover, both of Marion, April Glover of Jackson, and Amber Marie and Jessica Parker, both of Marion; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Stofcheck Funeral Home in Richwood, where friends may call from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. The Rev. George Thompson, the deceased's great-uncle, will officiate. Burial will be in Price Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family defrav funeral costs.
