NEW BLOOMINGTON — Bart Monroe Wright, age 45, of New Bloomington, died late Friday morning, May 26, 2006, at his residence.
Born Feb. 8,1961, in Marion, he was the son of the late James Doc Monroe and Ethel Marie (Martin) Wright. He worked as a mason and attended the New Bloomington United Methodist Church. He is survived by three brothers, Nicky Wright of New Bloomington, Clement (Crista) Wright of Prospect, and Bobby (Amy) Page of Green Camp; four sisters, Anita Wright of Tiffin, Waunlu (Robert) Neeld of Galitan, Tenn., Sonna (Calvin) McPheron of Dola, and Natuta (Frank) Castle of Kenton. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Vicky Arthur and Darletta Martin. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 1,2006, at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue, with the Rev. Donald J. Riker officiating. Burial in the Agosta Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from noon-2 p.m. Thursday.
