KENTON - Kathleen Schweinfurth, age 89, of DeCliff Road, New Bloomington, Ohio, died Thursday, April 12, 2007, at 6:55 a.m. at Kenton Nursing and Rehab Center in Kenton, Ohio,
She was bom May 9,1917, in Prospect, Ohio, to the late Tracey and Grace (Deeds) Keller. On July 15; 1937, she married Ed H. Schweinfurth and he died March 1,1999. She is survived by one son, Ed J. (Dianna) Schweinfurth of LaRue; one daughter; Jeanna (Joe) Walker of Richland, Mich.; three grandchildren, John and Kathleen Walker of Richland, and Liza (Tim) O'Jack of Ypsilanti, Mich.; two brothers, Clarence (Marilyn) Keller and Gibson Keller both of Sycamore. One brother, Paul Keller and. one sister, Virginia Everhart are deceased. Mrs. Schweinfurth was a homemaker and farmer. She graduated from Pleasant High School in 1935. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 16, 2007, at 11 a.m. at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue. Minister will be the Rev. Craig Lewis. Burial in the Marion Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in LaRue from 5 to 8 p.m. on Sunday. Those who wish may make contributions to the Elgin West Library in care of the funeral home.
