William G. “Bill” Hicks William G. “Bill” Hicks, 80, of LaRue passed away unexpectedly at his home Sunday, January 10, 2021.
Bill was born November 2, 1940 in Sharkey, KY to the late Willis and Rusha (Kegley) Hicks. He graduated from the LaRue High School, class of 1959. Shortly after graduation, he was drafted into the US Army. After being discharged and returning home, he began working at Quaker Oats in Marion. Jack O. Hicks , Pam Warner of Marion, Brothers Dan (Claudia) Hicks of LaRue and Rick Hicks of Cardington, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins whom he loved dearly. Preceding him in death were his Parent’s Willis & Rusha Hicks, Brother William (Bill) Hicks. brother-in-law Jerry Adams, Jim Warner, and sister-in-law Nancy Hicks.
He will be buried in Sarasota National Cemetery with Military Honors at a later date.

Betty L. Hildreth Betty L. Hildreth, 82 of Richwood, died Thursday January 6, 2022 at the Promedica Nursing Home in Marion.
She was born March 11, 1939 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late William and Mellie (Trustee) Hicks, she was also preceded in death by sisters: Iretta Conley Penix and Ida Conley
Betty was a homemaker and a good cook; she was a wonderful aunt to her nieces and nephews.

Willis Hicks
May 10, 1991- Services for Willis Hicks will be 1 p.m. Monday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, by the Revs. Blane Cooper and William C. Patterson, with burial in LaRue Cemetery.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday. Masonic services will be held at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association.
He died at 5 a.m. today. May 10, 1991, at his residence.
