Steve L. Ballinger, 66 of Marion, died Monday morning, April 28, 2014 at home.  He was born July 19, 1947 in Kenton to the late Bertice Carl and Phyllis Ann (Miller) Ballinger. On April 9, 1967 he married the former Becky Grose in the Pharisburg United Methodist Church, and she survives.
