Scott A. Cox, 74 of Richwood, died peacefully Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born April 6, 1947 in Edwight, West Virginia to the late Lee and Emma (Milam) Cox. On November 20, 1971 he married the former Debbie Lynn Burdett and she died December 30, 2006 after 35 years of marriage.
