Ruth Taylor, 91 of Richwood, died early Thursday morning September 15, 2022 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born December 3, 1930 in Radcliff to the late Charles and Elda (Cooper) Riley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William B. Taylor, they were married January 26, 1955 in Prospect and he died January 8, 2009.
