| Donna Kay Sparling Donna Kay Sparling, 78 of Cadiz died Wednesday, July 17 at 11:00 am at the Primrose Retirement Community in Marion, Ohio.
Donna was born Dec. 27, 1934 in Clintonville, Mass. The daughter of the late Clifton and Lila (Washlick) Tolbert, Donna married Carl G. Sparling in 1955. They had four children, Brian (Laurel) Sparling of Marion, Stephen (Terri) Sparling of Ravenna, Mike (Gay) Sparling of Baltic and Susan Sparling of Worthington.
