She was born December 16, 1937 in Delaware to the late Elmer and Dorothy (Davis) Moore. She was also predeceased by her husband, Robert A. “Bob” Graham, they were married September 13, 1956 at the Old Stone Presbyterian Church and he died June 10, 2019. Also preceding her in death was her daughter, Cherynn Reebel and a grandson, Joel Graham.
