She was born in Marion County May 4, 1913, a daughter of James M. and Evah Harper White. Fred Lowell White, 80 of Richwood went home to be with the Lord on June 20, 2019 at Marion General Hospital after a short battle with cancer. He was born May 9, 1939 to James Cleatus and Marjorie Gayle White.
