r 11, 2012 at Marion General Hospital.  He was born January 27, 1938 in LaRue to the late Frank E. and Ferne Marie (Uncapher) Clay.  He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Debbie Clay Gulick, and two sisters, Jean Ann Clay and Betty Allen.
