She was a farm wife and worked on the farm. She was a former member of Mount Carmel Chapter OES, Rebekah Lodge, the Essex Pythian Sisters and the Happy Tyme Euchre Club. She worked on the election board for many years and took care of the nursery at the First United Methodist Church in Richwood.

David Paul Winkle Jr. was very mechanically inclined; he enjoyed tearing down lawnmowers and rebuilding them and working on cars.
He truly loved his kids.
There is a Celebration of Life scheduled for Sunday August 22, 2021 at 5 pm at the Eagles Lodge in Kenton.
There will be a graveside service at the Claibourne Cemetery at a later date.
The Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood is assisting the family.

Phillip L. Winslow Federal Government for 38 years before retiring on his 60th birthday, September 16, 1991.
Phillip attended the LaRue United Methodist Church where he took great pride in ringing the church bell. He was a member of the LaRue Lodge #463 F&AM. He loved the village of LaRue and served it well, as a Montgomery Township trustee, volunteer fireman, and as a caring citizen.
