Rex Baldwin Rex Baldwin, age 79 of Richwood, died early Wednesday morning, December 25, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born September 5, 1934 in Auto, West Virginia to the late Emmanuel and Tempie (Lewis) Baldwin.
