Hoffman and she died in 1998.  He then married the former Ellen Popovich on January 18, 2003 and she survives in Richwood. Bina Joan Wells, 94, of Richwood, died Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at the Memorial Hospital in Marysville. She was born December 9, 1926 in Richwood to Joseph and Fern (Chapman) Wiley.  In 1945 she married Calvin L. Wells in South Carolina where he was stationed for training, following enlistment in the U.S. Army Corps. Calvin preceded her in death in 1967.
