Joseph P. Payne Sr.
Joseph P. Payne Sr., 68, of Richwood died Wednesday, Nov. 27,2002, at Heartland of Marysville after a short illness.
He retired in March 1999 as the owner and operator of Payne's Machine Shop in Marysville. He was a 1952 graduate of Richwood High School and a member of the Claibourne United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing and most of all enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Dorothy A. Payne the majority of her adult life creating a warm and inviting
home for her family. She will be deeply missed.
She was born May 9, 1933, in Marion, to the late Arthur Earl and Ida Mae
Mason Lessig. On Nov. 17, 1952, she married Joseph P. Payne Sr. They
celebrated 50 years of marriage just before he died on Nov. 27, 2002.
She also was predeceased by a brother, Harold Lessig, and two sisters,
Gladys L. Clark and Marjorie M. Lessig.

Ora F. “Jack” Payne , 82 of Richwood, died early Wednesday October 31, 2018 at his home.
He was born February 17, 1936 in Union County to the late Paul and Edna (Smith) Payne, he was also preceded in death by a son, Seth Payne and one brother, Joseph P. Payne Sr.
