Lottie Welch Estep. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a
retired operator engineer. On May 12, 1943, in Maysville, Ky., he was
married to the former Frances E. Jones and she survives.

She was born September 16, 1923 in Hillsboro, Kentucky to the late Benjamin and Bertha (Barnett) Jones, she was also preceded in death by her husband Claude B.
