Murray David Carpenter d Carpenter, age 85, of Marion, died Thursday September 3, 2009 at 1:25 PM at Marion Manor Nursing Home.
He was born August 13, 1924 in Marion to the late Noah and Grace (Brown) Carpenter. On September 24, 1976 he married Jodene Nelson and she survives.

Ginny loved to play euchre and met Leo E. Speicher at a card party in Raymond. They married in 1996. He also preceded her in death in 2004.

Force serving in Vietnam and a member of VFW Post 870.
He was born April 6, 1943, in Marion to the late Martha Williams.
He is survived by two daughters, Dawn (Darryl) Cox of Richwood and
Rhonda Jo Mclntosh of Marysville; a son. Gerald Lee Carter of Lima; and
nine grandchildren.

RICHWOOD — Melba Mae Case, 88, formerly 291 Grove St., died about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday May 18, 1988 in Delaware Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born Sept. 17, 1899, in Orient to John W. and Alice Turner Braskett.
Her marriages were in 1918 to Francis Holcombe and in 1938 to Cecil B. Case, who died in 1944.

| Alice Chandler , she has been on dialysis. She loved her dialysis friends and nurses. She was known to them as “Grandma Alice”.
There was always a game on with Alice, she loved her North Union Wildcats and the OSU Buckeyes.
She also enjoyed trees, flowers, working in her yard, fishing and traveling.
Her entire family was the light of her life and greatest joy!
