He was born Sept. 1,1920, to the late William and Sylvia (Rizor) Price.
He worked at Lawnview Industries in Urbana.
He is survived by one brother, Harold Price of Jamestown, Pa.; three nieces, Evelyn Williams, Patricia George, and Thelma Lautenslager, all of Marion; and a nephew, William Coon, also of Marion.
