 Claude B. Esteporn July 4, 1922, in Bracken, Ky., to parents Anderson Todd and Lottie Welch Estep. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a retired operator engineer. On May 12, 1943, in Maysville, Ky., he was married to the former Frances E. Jones and she survives.
