| Carl David Worthington Carl David Worthington, age 89 of Richwood died unexpectedly Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Marion General Hospital. He was born October 3, 1921 in Union County to the late Harry and Ethel (Kline) Worthington. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Jeanine Worthington who died April 2, 1998, a son, Jimmy, a daughter, Barbara, and a sister, Martha Bumgarner.
