Carl David Worthington, age 89 of Richwood died unexpectedly Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Marion General Hospital.  He was born October 3, 1921 in Union County to the late Harry and Ethel (Kline) Worthington.  He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Jeanine Worthington who died April 2, 1998, a son, Jimmy, a daughter, Barbara, and a sister, Martha Bumgarner. Eilene Worthington
had been a resident of the senior living community for 6 years.  Her friends and family had recently celebrated her 90th birthday with a special drive by parade in her honor. Eilene was born October 13, 1930, to Frank and Ethel (Warren) Hickok in Leesburg Township, Union County.
