Dorothy Ann Boswell, 92 of Prospect, died peacefully Thursday July 4, 2019 at her home. She was born February 1, 1927 in Fostoria to the late Dale Alfred and Leona Mae (Conn) Doner. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Delores Huber. Dorothy lived in various towns in Ohio during marriage, but loved the Prospect community, moving there in 1958. Dorothy A. Payne, 73, of Claibourne, died Friday afternoon, Feb. 2, 2007, at The Gables at Green Pastures in Marysville, where she had made her home the last 4 1/2 years. A 1952 graduate of Marion Harding High School, she was a member of Claibourne United Methodist Church and the Richwood Tops Group.
