RICHWOOD - Wilbur M. Deisher, 82, rural Richwood, died Wednesday night April 3, 1991 in Marion General Hospital. He was bom July 24,1908, in Hardin County, to James Walter and Grace Davis Deisher. His wife, Ruth J. Hughes Deisher, died Sept. 8,1977. On Jan. 7,1979, in Prospect, he married Ruth C. McCoy Deisher, who survives.
