| Gary D. Mills Gary D. Mills, age 64 of Prospect, formerly of Richwood, died Saturday morning, February 2, 2013 at the Ohio State University Medical Center. He was born October 4, 1948 in Clarksburg, West Virginia to the late William Owen and Virginia Ernestine (Devericks) Mills.
On June 6, 1981 he married the former Bonnie Kazee in Green Camp and she survives.
