Born Feb. 19, 1915, in Bowling Green Township, she was the daughter of the late William F. and Anora (Paulson) Britton.
On Aug. 2. 1930. she married Randolph Anthony and he died April 1976.
She worked in sales for Sears Roebuck & Co. for 30 years.

| Mary Elizabeth Appelfeller Mary Elizabeth (Benson) Appelfeller, age 80, of LaRue, passed away peacefully at her home in LaRue on November 16, 2010 surrounded by family after a brave battle with Palsey and Cancer.
She was born November 10, 1930 in Hardin County outside LaRue to the late Esley and Anna (Wolf) Benson. On November 24, 1951 she married Joseph E. (Joe) Appelfeller and he died December 27, 2001.

He was born Aug. 8, 1888, in Meeker, to William and Peggy Elnetta Cramner Sprague. Following the death of his wife, Beatrice Louella Smith, he was married in March 1928, to Ella Lucille Greene who survives.
