![]() ![]() She was born March 2, 1955 in Marysville to Richard and Betty (Laughrey) Tevis, they survive in Raymond. On August 23, 1975 she married her high school sweetheart, Pat Morse and he survives. Also surviving are their children, Jillian (Jason) Hamilton of Bellefontaine and Jason (Erica) Morse of Marysville Grandchildren, Logan (Amber) Hamilton, Alexis Hamilton, Savannah, Alayna, Onicka, Elarah and Maverick Morse Siblings, Cindy Nelson of Richwood, Carol (Andy) Middlesworth of Raymond and Karen (Berry) Rains of Sidney Many nieces and nephews and extended family Marilyn was a1973 graduate of the North Union High School. She was a devoted member of the former Essex United Methodist Church. Marilyn retired from the Whirlpool Corp after 31 yrs. She enjoyed baking for her family and friends. Some of her favorites were homemade rolls, fudge and Christmas cookies. Every year the family would look forward to her popcorn balls, glorified rice and dirt pudding. She loved books, games and singing. She and Pat were often seen at many athletic events. Funeral services celebrating her life will be held Wednesday October 23, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. Pastor Jeff Webb will officiate. Burial will follow In the York Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 4-7 pm at the funeral home in Richwood. The Morse/Tevis family would like to thank The James Cancer Hospital doctors and nurses.
