Ruby M. Pitts
Ruby M. Pitts, 90 of Richwood, died Saturday January 1, 2022 at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center.
She was born June 10, 1931 in Greenup, Kentucky to the late Willard and Myrtle (Henson) Clark, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Green Pitts, they were married February 17, 1946 and he died January 22, 1997. She was also preceded in death by children: Paula Irene Pitts, Ruthie Kay Pitts, Glenn Pitts and Cable” Bozo” Pitts and one sister and one brother.
Ruby was a homemaker; her family was the center of her life. She was a firm believer in Jesus Christ and all that he did.
She was also known for being very particular about keeping her home spotless.
Surviving are her daughters: Goldie Gale Hensley of Richwood, Mary (Vickie Price) Tanner of Marysville and Ruby Fay (Tom) Gwynn of Richwood.
Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren
Funeral services will be held Friday January 7, 2022 at 11 am at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood, Pastor Dale Baker will officiate. Burial will follow in the Claibourne Cemetery.
Friends may call Thursday from 5-7 pm at the funeral home in Richwood
