![]() Center Hospital in Marion. He was a truck driver employed by the city of Marion for 19 years. He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army and attended the Prospect Baptist Church. He was born June 19, 1919, in Lacey, Ky., to the late Shade and Alafare Wright Estep and was predeceased by four brothers and an infant son. He married Glada Gullett June 1, 1949, and she died March 26, 1967. He is survived by a daughter, Mandy Cover of Prospect; two granddaughters, Angela Crist of Columbus and Diana Cover of Hickory, N.C.; two greatgranddaughters, Makayla Crist and Adrian Cook; and a sister, Myrlie Russell of Waverly. Funeral services will be held at noon Tuesday at the Gehm-Ballinger Funeral Home in Prospect. The Rev. Thomas J. Lasley will officiate and burial will be at the Prospect Cemetery where military services will be conducted by the United Veterans Council. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial contributions may be made to the Prospect Baptist Church memorial fund. | |||
