(Melissa) Yates, Urbana; two sisters, Melissa (Kevin) Wurschmidt, Mayking, Kentucky; Tawna Brown, Urbana; five grandchildren, Tiffany, Tyler, Devon, Zacory and Delaney, his mother-in-law, Helen Hoodlet, Richwood, and several nieces and nephews.
