He was born December 4, 1984 in Sistersville, West Virginia to Shirley Kay (Hissom) and Timothy Patrick Swords.
Brock was a 2004 graduate of the Delaware Hayes High School. He worked for Atlas Butler in Columbus as a HVAC Specialist.
