Mr. Schultz was bora Nov. 8,1968, in Marion to Glenn W. and Judy K. Bell Schultz, both of whom survive in Rich-wood.

On August 31, 1953 he married the former Barbara (Almendinger) in Ashley and she survives in Prospect.

Bom March 30,. 1943, in Marion, he was the son of Washington Smith and
Lula Suprena Dilsaver Schultz, both deceased. Also preceding him in death
were three brothers and a special friend, Gelia Westfall.
