She was born Nov. 14, 1910, in Bowling Green Township to the late S.N. (Doc) and Gladys (Earth) Rizor.

LARUE — Betty L. Rizor, age 74, of 135 River St., LaRue, died Friday, March 29, 2002, at 3:30 p.m. at Doctors West Hospital in Columbus.
She was born March 26,1928, in LaRue, to the late George Bernard and Catherine Wilda (Carter) Wright.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert J. "Bob" Rizor of 52 years.

George O. Rizor, 69,9747 Windfall Road, LaRue, died Saturday morning at
his home.
He was born in Union County Feb. 19, 1922, a son of the late Harley and Amanda Buff Rizor. A self-employed fanner, he had been employed as a.line supplier: with the Whirlpool Corporation; retiring 1983. He was a World War II U.S: Army veteran.
Mr. Rizor married the former Ruth Eileen Skidmore June 7,1942, and she died May 3, 1982.

She had no children of her own, but was very actively involved in the lives of her nieces and nephews: Samuel Pierce, Dublin; Barbara Wilson (deceased); Carolyn Kater, Vermillion; Connie (Marvin) Rizor, Marysville; and Rex (Cindy) Pierce, Magnetic Springs. She also enjoyed her time with numerous great-nieces and nephews.
