RICHWOOD - Ina I. Oakley, 80, formerly 24 Herbert St., died Sunday afternoon Jan 15, 1989 at The Arbors nursing center, Delaware.
She was born Oct. 29, 1908, in Piketon, a daughter of George W. and Mattie Tidd Crabtree.
Coming from Portsmouth, Mrs. Oakley had lived here only a short time. She was retired from employment with the Selby Shoe Factory, Portsmouth, and was a member of a Baptist church in Portsmouth.

| Shirley Mae Oates Shirley Mae Oates, age 61, of Hepburn, died Thursday April 28, 2011 at 10:50 AM at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. She was born August 25, 1949 in Kenton, Ohio to the late Robert W. and Stella M. (Burba) Kindell. She was married to Tom Oates and he survives in LaRue.

She was born June 19, 1909, in Marion, to the late Simon Peter and Mary (Siders) Keener.
She was married to the late Herbert Osborne, who died in July of 1971.
She is survived by two sisters, June Keener of Marion and Donna Holt of Richwood; 19 nieces and nephews, and numerous great- and great-great-nieces and nephews.
