John Willard (Jack) Knaur 17,1923, in Dallas, Texas, to the late George C. and Dorothy (Griffin) Knaur. He was raised in Dennison, Texas. On July 24. 1945, he married Margaret (Mardi) Lingo and she died in September 1974. He married Carol (Finley) Barber on April 7, 1984, and she surives. Peggy Evelyn Daugherty Knickel ring the 1970’s and wrote the entire shows. She and Tom were members of the Prospect United Church of Christ and they sang in the choir. She obtained her realtor’s license and worked as a part-time realtor for Stanley Kirby Realty in Prospect. She researched and wrote the Prospect section in The History of Marion County.
