| Rachel I. Russell Rachel I. Russell, 84, of Columbus, formerly of Richwood and Mount Victory,
died Wednesday, Sept. 22,1999, at St. Angela Nursing and Rehabilitation
Center after a lengthy illness.
She was a 1933 graduate of Richwood High School. She was a licensed
practical nurse and was retired from Grant Hospital. She was an active member
of North Baptist Church in Columbus and the Ann Judson Women's Circle.
