Vine St., LaRue, died Wednesday morning Sept 12, 1990 at her home.   She was born in Putnum County, W.Va., Aug. 10,1924, the daughter of the late Julius and Pheba Sayre Walk-er. George William Walker, 73, formerly of 580 N. Front St., LaRue, died Sunday July 30, 1995 at Community Nursing Center. Born June 7, 1922, in Buffalo. W.Va., he was the son of the late Julius and Pheba (Sayre) Walker. On Aug. 6, 1942, he married Judith V. Carlyle, and she survives.
