Clay, age 74, of Richwood, formerly of LaRue, died Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Marion General Hospital.  He was born January 27, 1938 in LaRue to the late Frank E. and Ferne Marie (Uncapher) Clay.  He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Debbie Clay Gulick, and two sisters, Jean Ann Clay and Betty Allen.
