Pamela “Pam” Kaye Neel, 74 of Richwood died early Saturday morning, July 8, 2017 at The Ohio State University Medical Center following nearly a year-long battle with cancer. She was born January 4, 1943 in Marion to the late Paul and Ruby (Mitchell) Kaelber. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Kaelber, and brother-in-law, Larry McGee.
