LARUE — Joseph Edwin Appelfeller, age 81, of 134 N. Front St., LaRue, died Thursday, Dec. 27,2001, at Marion General Hospital.
He was born Aug. 13; 1920, in Mount Victory to the late Frank and Anna (Martino) Appelfeller.
On Nov. 24,1951, he married Mary E. Benson, and she survives.

| Kelley F. Swartz , age 53 of Richwood died unexpectedly Thursday, December 31, 2009 from injuries sustained in a work-related accident at The Scotts Company. He was born February 14, 1956 in Kenton to the late Paul Henry and Helen LaVerne (Martino) Swartz.
On March 19, 1977 he married the former Mary Lu Norris in the Richwood First United Methodist Church and she survives in Richwood.
