RICHWOOD - Marlene E. Mann, 59, Radnor, died Tuesday evening April 30, 1991 at  her home. She was born in Sabina Sept. 22, 1931, a daughter of the late George Gilley and Helen Crabtree (Gilley) Miller, who survives here. Mrs. Mann was a hair dresser with Maxine's Beauty Shop here.
