He was born November 20, 1956 in Delaware. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Lee Miller and Constance Lee (Liggett) Forsythe as well as an infant brother, Charles.

in failing health for six weeks.
She was born July 15, 1931 in Akron, daughter of the late James
and Goldie Jane Tope Grue.

John W. Price Sr., 76, died Friday evening November 12, 1993 at Maplewood Nursing Home in Marion after an extended illness.
He was born May 12,1917, in Essex, a son of John H. and Clara Etta (Lewis) Price, who preceded him in death. He was a retired farmer and had attended First Church of the Nazarene in Marion.
