2023 at the age of 96. Paul was born into a farm family on May 8, 1926, the son of the late Arby and Marguerite (Reynolds) Cramer. A 1944 graduate of Richwood High School, he joined the U.S. Air Force and served as an airplane engine mechanic until his discharge in November 1946.
