Martha Mae Winkle, age 79 of Richwood, died Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at her home.  She was born August 6, 1933 in Richwood to the late John and Anna (Wheeler) Mulligan.  She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Charles and Marvin Mulligan and a sister, Ramona Sellers.
