He was born July 30, 1937, in Byhalia to Erthen L. and Thelma Marie
Reed Sewell and was predeceased by his father and a sister, Marilyn Trout.
He is survived by his mother; three sisters, Mary Jane Phillians of Grove
City, Linda Dare of Cleanvater, Fla., and Nancy Biggerstaff of Delaware;
eight nieces and nephews; and 30 great-nieces and -nephews.

Thelma Marie Sewell ia High School, she spent her days helping on the farm. She married Earthen Sewell on December 25, 1935 and they had six children. Earthen died on September 30, 1962. Surviving are their daughters, Mary Jane Phillians, Grove City; Linda Jackson, Clearwater, Florida; Nancy Wood, Delaware; 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Dover Slone Dover Slone, age 69 of Richwood, died Wednesday afternoon, May 4, 2011 at his home surrounded by his loving and devoted family. He was born August 2, 1941 in Kimper, Kentucky to the late Grover and Virgie Kathryn (Pinion) Slone.
