Former Richwood resident Martha E. Kelly, 89, died Friday, Oct. 25, 1996 at Union Manor. The Morrow County native was born September 2, 1907, daughter of Meredith A. and Pearl Coleman Kelly. Her brother Charles Alfred Kelly preceded her in death January 28, 1982. The Rev. Charles Fye conducted graveside services Monday, Oct. 28 at Glendale Cemetery near Cardington. Ballinger Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
