She was Ihe owner of Kay's Restaurant in Richwood and had started the original
lunch site for the Senior Citizens of Richwood.
She was born March 27,1911, in Marysville to the late Clyde and Mary

A 1981 graduate of River Valley High School, he was a passionate sports fan, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals. Scott enjoyed playing golf and was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend.
