He is survived by his partner, Phillip Donnelly, Columbus; two children, Jonathan Evans, Pennsylvania; Tamara (Evans) Shahbazi, Georgia; two brothers, Rodney (Jean) Evans, Kenton; and Randy (Joanne) Evans, Camden.
