| William E. “Bill” Sheets s, 83 of Richwood, died Monday morning February 8, 2021 at the Monarch Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Marysville, due to complications from Covid-19.
He was born February 16, 1937 in Mansfield to the late Harold E. and Martha Belle (Treese) Sheets. He was also preceded in death by a brother: Dick Sheets and his stepfather: Robert Brisker.
